#frenchs saute zuchinni, mushrooms, onion and diced chicken. Make Risotto rice with chicken broth. Mix together and add a cup of pasta sauce

Peel/slice 5potatoes onions S&P garlic velvetta cubed milk. Bake 375 for 50 min. Sprinkle w/Frenchs onions for last 5 min #frenchs

Mix 1TBSP mustard, 1c OJ, 1/4c maple syrup, 1 TBSP chopped, garlic, S+P. Pour over pork tenderloin. Roast @350 for 30-40 min. Yum! #frenchs
